All,

Many of you receive documents that you cant open due to not have any Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint.  I want to introduce you to a Website where you can download a completely FREE Office Suite package, that can open ANY Microsoft Office file.  The program is called Open Office.  It is a legitimate Website, as I have been using this program for quite sometime on other computers that I own.  This office suite contains an Excel, Word, PowerPoint and several other useful programs.  The Website is:  www.openoffice.org.  On the main Website page, you will see a box that says, “Get open Office”.  Click on that button then click on “Download OpenOffice.org”.  Again, this is a very powerful and useful program for all of you to have and OWN as your own.  As I/we continue to send out files, we may not be able to always keep them in a universal format for everyone to use nor ensure the proper function of the file will work for you if you do not have the proper programs to runt hem with.  This program will help you to stay current and be able to receive, use AND create files of your own to distribute out to other members using this free Office suite.  I encourage you all to look into downloading this software if you do not already own an Office suite currently.  The Website can give you all the tech support you need.  Thank you for doing all you can to stay current to ensure future communication is easily received and forwarded.
